How gross! Melvin Jackson has recently been arrested for the rape of a woman who was passed out on a sidewalk. Even though the woman was passed out, Mr. Jackson, 48, calmly told Police that he thought that she was dead.

Jackson County prosecutors of Kansas City have charged Jackson with a felony count of sexual assault in the attack.

The victim told Police that she’d began to feel lightheaded while walking, so she found a shaded area and took a rest. She later lost consciousness and woke up to a witness trying to get Jackson off of her.

The victim says that she doesn’t remember ever being assaulted but after waking up she realized that her panties had been removed. When an officer confronted Jackson, who was walking down the street with his pants unzipped, Jackson told the officer that he’d “touched a woman’s leg” and thought she was dead.

Jackson continues to deny doing anything to the woman, even though a witness told Police that she saw Jackson forcing himself into the victim, but it really doesn’t matter what he denies because he is still going to jail!

It appears that a senior official in the Rwandan government has been sentenced to life in prison for atrocities that took place during the mid-1990s.

Pauline Nyiramasuhuko…

According to CNN:

A former Rwandan minister has been jailed for life for genocide and incitement to rape at the United Nations-backed court for Rwanda in Tanzania.

Pauline Nyiramasuhuko, who is the only women to be convicted by the court, was minister for family and women’s affairs in the Rwandan government when some 800,000 people, mainly ethnic Tutsis, were killed in 1994.

She was accused of direct and public incitement to commit genocide and of being responsible for rape “as part of a widespread and systematic attack against a civilian population on political, ethnic and racial grounds,” the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) said.

Her son, Arsene Shalom Ntahobali, a militia leader who was jointly charged in the case, was also convicted Friday of genocide, crimes against humanity including rape and persecution and war crimes, and sentenced to life in prison.

Four local officials who were accused alongside Nyiramasuhuko and her son were all found guilty on genocide and other charges. They were handed prison terms ranging from 25 years to life.

Nyiramasuhuko, who was arrested in 1997 in Kenya, and taken to the U.N. court in Tanzania to await trial, was found guilty on seven of the counts she faced, ICTR spokesman Roland Amoussouga told CNN.

They included charges of genocide, conspiracy to commit genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity including rape and persecution.

Two charges were dismissed, one of complicity to commit genocide and a second relating to murder and crimes against humanity. She was also cleared of two charges, one alleging direct and public incitement to commit genocide and another of inhumane acts and crimes against humanity.

The court found that Nyiramasuhuko was a member of the Interim Government that issued directives whose intention “was to encourage the population to hunt down and take action against the ‘enemy’ and its ‘accomplices’; terms which referred to Tutsis in general.”

Wow!!!!! That is one crazy story… I knew that there were some trifling people in the world but I never knew that it could get this bad…SMH

Evelia Leon did what any real mother would do, she went H.A.M. on  Queens Supreme Court Justice, Stephanie Zaro, after Zaro let alleged rapist Daniel Paguay walk out of a court room and back into the real world. Daniel Paguay, 20, is the father of Jaden (Evelia’s daughter) Leon’s son and also the young man that raped her twice. He is accused of raping, stabbing and leaving the 17-year-old victim paralyzed from the waist down.

Paguay was charged with raping Jaden on April 21, and prosecutors requested a $250,000 bond. Instead, Judge Zaro set the bond at $25,000. Weeks later Paguay was free.

“It’s not fair,” stated Evelia Leon, 41. “The judge should not have lowered his bail.”

As soon as Monday, Paguay was back at it again, breaking into the victims apartment after a restraining order was put on him.  Zaro allegedly dragged Jaden Leon into the Fine Fare super market, taking a 10-inch blade and plunging it into her back three times. He’d also stabbed his cousin, 20-year-old Gabriel Calle, who is now dating the victim.

“Right now she’s stable. She cannot speak or move,” Leon said. “She can only sense you if you touch her hands.”

No arrests were made in the case and Police have failed to talk about whether they even searched for Paguay.

Perhaps he needs to rot in prison.

Officers say that a man died while raping an elderly woman from Texas…

53-year-old, Isabel Gutierrez was a registered sex offender.

Gutierrez rode a bicycle to his 77-year-old victims house, snuck into the house and raped his victim at knifepoint…

During the attack, he’d began to complain about not feeling well, he rolled off of his victim, laid back and died…

Ray Allen Martin is crazy!!! He is now facing rape charges after he tried to rape a woman while she was pushing her son in a stroller.

Martin claimed that his reasoning for trying to rape the woman was because he was afraid of the rapture and he wanted someone else to feel his fear… Naw, he just wanted some p*ssy and he is so trifling that he will rape someone just so that he could get it…

Martin tackled the woman and then tried to get her to perform a sexual act on him, after she screamed “No!” a witness then intervened and Martin ran.

Police found Martin a short distance away from where the woman was and he said “I am afraid for my life…”

There are some sickening, nasty, crazy and disgusting people out here… And he is obviously one of them…

After all of the heat that Rihanna has been getting this week someone finally applauds her for her music video, “Man Down”… Even though I feel that America should be applauding Rihanna all at the same time for being so brave and talking about something that affects all people, Gabrielle Union speaking on the video shows that all people go through the same things…

While in Washington DC. this past weekend, Union attended the National Advisory Committee of Violence Against Women… She spoke about her rape, as she has many times before but one fact that many of us didn’t know is that she tried to shoot her rapist, as Rihanna had acted out in her music video. She stated that she was glad that the bullets didn’t hit her rapist because it would have “added insult to injury…”

I am glad that Union and Rihanna both decided to come out and talk about this issue, being that it is a real issue that happens to real people… My hat goes off to both of these ladies for being so brave…

Man Has Sex With His Own Daughter & Then Stabs Her 15 Times!!! OMG! May 24, 2011

Rodney McIntyre, 45 years old and daughter, EbonyFranklin, 17 years old.

This is one of the most disturbing stories that I have ever heard in my life! Rodney McIntyre is being held by police for a crime that he committed in November of 2010.

Ebony Franklin was to be spending the weekend with her father, Rodney McIntyre on November 26th, 2010 and on November 27th her body was found in a dumpster a couple of blocks from where McIntyre worked. Even though her body was found in November, McIntyre was just arrested for the crime last Saturday.

Many witnesses said that Franklin was last seen with her father before she’d came up missing and her mother called the police when Franklin never returned home that Sunday. McIntyre says that she was never supposed to spend the weekend with him because she’d planned to spend the weekend with her boyfriend.

After stabbing his daughter 15 times and throwing her body into a dumpster, McIntyre took his daughters cell phone  and texted his phone to try and make it seem like the two of them had never come into physical contact that weekend. But trackers don’t put McIntyre in the area that he claims to have been at the time of her murder.

After examining Franklin’s body the police found semen from her father inside of her. McIntyre’s stupid a** claims that he had given his daughter a bottle of semen because she wanted to try and get pregnant by him… After being questioned by police again and again, McIntyre finally admitted to having sex with his daughter on more than one occasion and he is being held until his conviction. He is being convicted of First Degree Murder… I pray that the judge puts him 130 ft. under the jail…LITERALLY!!!!!

5th Grade Teacher Makes A Sex Tape With Her Daughters 16 Year Old Boyfriend! May 20, 2011

Michelle McCutchan, 38, accused of rape.

Michelle McCutchan was a 5th grade Elementary School teacher that was accused of rape earlier this week. McCutchan admitted to having sex with her daughters 16 year old boyfriend on 5 different occasions.

After being questioned by police officers she told them that she and the young boy had sex 4 times at her home and 1 time at his  home. She’d also admitted to sending the boy nude pictures of herself via text message and she taped them having sex on 2 different occasions.

McCutchan is facing 10 years in prison for rape and sodomy, but as of now she has been released on a $5,000 bond that she has paid.

The only victim that I see in this situation is her young daughter. I pray that she can heal from this terrible thing that has happened to her and have sense enough to leave the young man that has brought her all of this pain, as well as her mother (who obviously has a problem).  I hope that McCutchan gets a very firm sentencing because I am so tired of men receiving 15-80 years in prison and women only having to do community service. Rape is something that should not be taken lightly by a man or a woman and all I can do is hope that the courts would be fair.
